My FAVORITE part of spring is ALL the birds! 💙

I LOVE hearing their beautiful songs throughout the day! ❤️

No matter what is going on, if I close my eyes and listen to the birds sharing their happy tunes, all is well for that moment. 💜

One type of bird that I really enjoy watching during the spring is the robin.

When I was growing up, a robin built a nest on my windowsill.

Every year, robins would lay BEAUTIFUL light blue eggs in that nest.

I remember how much I LOVED looking at those beautiful eggs each day. It brought me so much peace. 💛

Eventually, those eggs would hatch, and ADORABLE baby robins would eagerly await their mother for food.

Those robins brought me so much JOY! 💚

To show my appreciation for ALL those robins that brightened my day when I was growing up, this week’s song is Bobby Day’s Rockin’ Robin.
