Earlier this month, I wanted to learn a cover of a creepy folk song and share it with you for Halloween! 🖤

Things got SO BUSY—Oh life! 😉

I asked myself, Instead of singing someone else’s song for Halloween, why don’t I make MY OWN song for Halloween? 😯

I’d never done a parody before, but I had a lot of fun with this! 😄

Here’s my original song “Trick or Treat” to the tune of “Jingle Bells.”

The dress that I’m wearing is actually from my high school winter formal! 🤣

I often dress up as a princess when I hand out candy so that I don’t scare kids! 😆

This song was inspired by a neighbor!

Last year, one of my neighbors dressed up as a grim reaper and scared so many kids when he was giving out candy! 😮I even thought he was spooky! 🤣

He reminded me of how when I was a kid I HATED when grown-ups would wear spooky costumes!

I just wanted the CANDY! I didn’t want to deal with anyone’s scariness! 😂

Number one on the scary costume list is a clown! 🤡

No, thank you! 😋

I shared this song with one of my friends, and she told me that she also remembers being especially creeped out by people handing out candy while wearing clown costumes! 😂
