Street Life

Here’s another edition of the Thursday Evening Post. 🐇

This past weekend was Easter. 🥚

When I was a kid, I remember how much FUN I had doing Easter egg hunts at my grandparents’ house! 🧺

Here’s an Easter bunny family that my grandfather made. ❤️

The Easter egg hunt wasn’t necessarily my favorite part, but rather opening the plastic eggs was my favorite part!

Sometimes my grandpa got a little too creative, and it took me a while to find my eggs! 🤣

I still enjoyed the whole experience though! 💙

Were there any special Easter traditions that you enjoyed when you were a kid?

Because of the Easter holiday, I recently watched “Eggs for Days”, Season 17, Episode 16 of Bob’s Burgers. 🍔

In this episode, Linda and Bob Belcher get a little too carried away with hiding their Easter eggs as you can see in this clip:

The episode is HILARIOUS! 😂

I don’t want to give anything away in case you haven’t seen it, but the moral of the story is pay attention to where you hide your eggs! 🤣

The episode ends with the song “Street Life” in honor of the “monster” that Teddy finds in the wall! 😆

Lyrics:

Street life
Because there’s no place I can go
Street life
It’s the only life I know
Street life
And there’s a thousand cards to play
Street life
Until you play your life away
Street life
Ba-da-bop-ba-da-ba-da-bop
Oh, street life
Ba-da-ba
Street life
Street life

I recommend watching the episode if you’d like a good laugh! 😁

I recently learned that there are businesses that you can hire to hide Easter eggs for you! Did you know about that? 😯

It’s always fun to learn something new! 😊

May you be well! 💙

If you’d like to support my mission to share my passion for music with the world and spread joy, love, and positivity, you can do so here. Thank you so much! ❤️
