“Here Comes the Sun”

Happy Thursday! In my post last week, “2018 New Year’s Resolution,” I shared with you my resolution for the new year. Have you been working toward achieving your resolution?

In order to achieve our resolutions, we need to accept change. Dealing with change can be very difficult, and the best way to deal with change is to maintain a positive attitude.

A song about change that I love is “Here Comes the Sun” by George Harrison.

I love this song because it makes me smile whenever I hear it. It talks about the different seasons of the year coming and going and the sun always rising through it all. What if we could maintain the mindset that the sun will always rise no matter what happens? Life and dealing with change can be so much easier if we stay in the moment and hold onto a positive attitude.

Here is the audio from one of Harrison’s live performances of this song:

Here comes the sun (doo doo doo doo)
Here comes the sun, and I say
It’s all right
Little darling, it’s been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it seems like years since it’s been here
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
It’s all right
Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it’s been here
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
It’s all right
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Little darling, I feel the ice is slowly melting
Little darling, it seems like years since it’s been clear
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
It’s all right
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
It’s all right
It’s all right
Never forget that the sun will always rise. ❤
