Valentine’s Day is next week! 💝

I don’t get particularly excited about Valentine’s Day, but I do enjoy putting up red and pink decorations because the bright colors help me forget that it’s freezing cold outside here in Wisconsin. 🥶😜

I also have been enjoying baking Valentine’s Day cookies! 🍪I’m new to baking, so it’s a bit of trial and error. 😂At least they taste good! 😉 (I’ve been sharing photos of what I’ve been baking and my Valentine’s Day decorations on Instagram.)

Every time I hear this song, I think of a wedding that I had gone to in high school.

I was a plus-one to the wedding, and I didn’t know the bride and groom. The reason this song makes me think of this wedding is because at the reception, a live band performed this song for the bride and groom’s first dance, and this song paired with the deep love you could feel between those two was such a BEAUTIFUL moment to witness. 💚
