Since the weather has been warmer, I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed spending time outdoors again! 💚

I LOVE going on hikes and looking at all the beautiful flowers and wild animals. (Check out my Instagram and Facebook Page for photos of some gorgeous flowers I’ve spotted.)

I LOVE doing outdoor activities!

I recently visited the Henry Vilas Zoo and had an AMAZING time. 🦩

The last time I had gone to that zoo was last December for their Zoo Lights event. That event was SO MUCH fun, but it was SO COLD! (I bundled myself up as much as possible. 😉)

Now that the weather is warm, my recent visit to the zoo was a much different (and more relaxing 😋) experience.

I LOVE seeing all of the animals. The colors of the Chilean flamingos were just STUNNING.

My favorite animal at the Henry Vilas Zoo is the red panda, and I am always SO EXCITED to see it. 💛

When I saw the Bornean orangutans, I got to see a mama orangutan and her adorable little baby. 💙

What delighted me the MOST during my recent visit was my experience watching the Grizzly bears. 🐻

One of the grizzly bears kept running at full speed toward the glass surrounding its exhibit and jumping up against the glass, which of course made kids cry.🫢

I had never seen something like that at the zoo before! The bear just kept doing it.

The other grizzly bear was just living its best life! 💜

It sauntered over to the water, climbed in, and leisurely began chewing on a floating log.

Then, it started playing with a floating plastic round water toy and used it like a paddle board to move around and sit on! 🤣

That bear looked so happy and carefree! 💛

I stayed at that exhibit for so long just watching that bear enjoy its life. It made me think of the song “The Bare Necessities.”
