Hello! Thank you so much for checking out my website! My name is Allison Merten, and I am a singer-songwriter and one-woman band in Madison, Wisconsin.
Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of making an album. In 2014, I made that dream come true when I released my debut album, TEMPTATION. I am currently working on my next album.
I LOVE PERFORMING! My live performance sound is an acoustic fusion of indie-rock, folk, and pop. I also love performing at events, like wedding ceremonies.
Although I primarily perform on my acoustic guitar, I also enjoy playing the piano, bass guitar, electric guitar, and the drums. (You’ll hear some of these instruments on the tracks of TEMPTATION.)
I also LOVE sharing my passion for performing and music with the WORLD! You can check out my YouTube channel for my original songs, covers, and clips from my shows. 🙂
I LOVE spreading joy and positivity, so every THURSDAY I release a blog post about music, traveling, or something that just makes me smile. I hope these posts also make YOU smile! 🙂
