For this week’s post, I thought I’d take a trip to the past. Well, not too far into the past 😛 All this snow and cold is making me long for the summer. So, I decided to share some photos from my trip to the Field Museum, in Chicago, Illinois, last summer.

At the time I visited the museum, the “Opening the Vaults: Wonders of the 1893 World’s Fair” exhibit was on display.

There was some pretty cool stuff in this exhibit!

One of my favorite parts of my visit to the Field Museum was this GIANT SLOTH!

If you haven’t been to the Field Museum, you should definitely check it out! Make sure you give yourself a whole day though! There is SO MUCH to see! 🙂
