Last Sunday’s Show at Java Cat

I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to perform at Java Cat last Sunday with Jimmy Murn and Pinhead McFly! ❤

It was such a fun show, and the audience was FANTASTIC! ❤

We divided the two-hour show into 3 sets. During my set, I performed a mix of my favorite covers and my original songs.

Here’s a clip of me performing my original song  “Grow Up.”

Here’s a clip of me performing my original song “Temptation.”

Here’s a clip of me performing my original song “That’s Life” with Jimmy Murn.

Jimmy is my music mentor, and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to perform with him at this show! (He left sunny California to travel to a snowy Wisconsin for this show. Who would do such a thing? 😉 )

Although I unfortunately do not have footage of their sets, be assured that Jimmy Murn and PinHead McFly performed great sets! 🙂 They are both extremely talented musicians!

At the end of the show, we all came together and performed a couple songs. PinHead McFly said that The Januaries should be our band name because we only perform in January! 😀 (The last time I performed with Jimmy Murn and PinHead McFly was January 2019 at the High Noon Saloon. (Check out my post about that here.) ) But, it looks like that band name has already been taken, so we’ll have to choose a different name. 😉For our collaborative songs, I did backup vocals and tambourine. It was a lot of fun! 😀 You can see in this picture that we all squeezed together by the front windows. Although it was a small space to perform in, the venue was awesome! Very cozy! 😀

Last weekend, the weather wasn’t super great, so I am really grateful for all of you that came out to the show! ❤

Thoughts? Please post them :-)
