I have really been enjoying the sounds of spring! 🩷

The birds are SO TALKATIVE so EARLY in the morning! 😁

Something else I really enjoy in the spring is all of the flowers! 🌷

Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any of those yet by me! 😆

When I think about my LOVE of spring flowers, I think about the STUNNING sakura I got to see when I went to Japan for the first time!

I felt SO LUCKY that I got to see sakura on my trip. My friend who I was visiting in Japan told me they bloomed early that year! 🌸

What words do you associate with spring?

I am a HUGE language nerd! 🤓

I love how hearing just one word can make us think of something unexpected.

For example, I recently heard someone use the word “linger.”

What comes to mind when you hear that word?

The word immediately made me think of a song I heard a long time ago.

I thought really hard trying to remember the song.

Suddenly and unexpectedly, I found myself singing, “You know I’m such a fool for you. You’ve got me wrapped around your finger. Do you you have to? Do you have to? Do you have to let it linger?” to the person I was talking to.

The person had know idea what song I was singing, so I found it to let them hear it! 😂

I had never seen the music video before, and I really like the creativity they put into it. Viewing things from the light of a flashlight at the beginning of the video makes everything very mysterious and intriguing from the start!

When I was a kid, I know I heard this song a lot on the radio. However, the ONLY words that I know from the song are the ones that I unexpectedly belted out! 🤣

It was fun to look at the lyrics to see the story that was being told outside of the chorus. 😂
