I recently watched the film Barbie and LOVED it! ❤️

It was the FIRST time I had been to the cinema since BEFORE COVID! 😮

It was SO WEIRD being back in a cinema again. 🙃

When I went to see Barbie, I didn’t have any expectations. I just thought it would be fun to see.

The movie started out with the fun song, “Pink” by LIZZO.

I laughed at the line “K – cool.” 🤣

The song made me remember how much I LOVED PINK when I was growing up, and the song along with the movie reminded me of how much I used to LOVE my Barbies!

I had SOOOO many Barbies (probably too many 🤪). To name the ones I can remember, I had a Belle Barbie, Ariel Barbie, Pocahontas Barbie, Cinderella Barbie, Sleeping Beauty Barbie, tons of regular blond Barbies, a Kira Barbie, an Olympic Barbie, and my FAVORITE—Midge! 😁

I had a lot of Kens too—definitely one for each of the princess Barbies I named above.

I remember having a pink Barbie Boat that had a Barbie pool and a pink Barbie convertible. 😄

Aside from the film making me feel all cozy as I recalled playing with my Barbies when I was a kid, the film made me laugh SO MUCH!

I was TICKLED PINK when I saw that Kate McKinnon was in the film. 😃 She was HILARIOUS as Weird Barbie!

I don’t remember having a particularly weird Barbie, but I do remember having a Ken doll with duct tape holding his legs together because his legs broke when I tried to make him do the splits. 🤣

I also remember some of my Barbies missing hands, feet, and/or legs because my dog got a hold of them. 😱
