Can you believe that the new year begins on Monday? 😮
At the end of each year, I love to reflect on all the experiences I have had and think about whether or not I met my resolutions. In January, in my post “2017 New Year’s Resolution,” I shared with you that I wanted to make the following my goals for the year:
- Be the best person I can be.
- Write and share any songs that I feel inspired to write no matter what people might think of them.
Although #1 is not something that I believe I can achieve in just one year because I believe that we constantly can grow as human beings, I do believe that I met my two goals for 2017.
Later in the year, I added to # 2 by deciding to post a cover or song every month on my YouTube channel, AllysMusicRoom. (Check out my post, “Doing More with YouTube.”) I extremely grateful that I was able to make this goal a reality.
