Two People

The weather this week has been so warm! 😎 It’s nice to be outside with only a spring coat on, but it’s SO EARLY in the year to be this warm. 😬 How has the weather been by you?

I love writing blog posts each week, and I hope that they bring a little joy to your day! 💜

The love-themed song that I chose for this week is the silly song “Two People” from “My Fuzzy Valentine,” Season 3, Episode 13 of Bob’s Burgers.

Lyrics:

Two people
Together forever
Security in life

And Someone to love ya
Instead of being all alone
Such a lonely existence

Two people
Together forever
Security in life

And Someone to love ya
Instead of being all alone
Such a lonely existence
I’d kill myself!

Tough song. She’s talkin’ about us, Mort.

Linda Belcher sings this song, and it’s ridiculous! 😂 I like Teddy’s comment at the end of her song. 🤣

Linda sings about an idea that many people believe: you need to have a significant other in order to live a happy life.

However, that’s not true. You can lead a happy life if you love yourself, live your life true to yourself, and surround yourself with people who help you become the best version of yourself! 💙

Although this song humors me, the episode that this song is from is cringeworthy because Bob Belcher spends a lot of time and money to get Linda, the love of his life, a special gift but then realizes he shouldn’t have gotten her the gift. 🙀Curious to find out why? Check out the episode. 😃

If you’ve already seen it, what do you think about what Bob does?

Wishing you well! 💚
