Doing Something Different This Weekend

So, this weekend I have the opportunity to get involved in an artistic project that doesn’t involve music.

I get to act! 🙂

Writer C.L. Manion is going to shoot her first short film this weekend, and I get to play one of the characters in this film.

The film is called “Horoscope.” The logline for the film is  the following: “On the advice of a horoscope, a man delivers an odd gift to his girlfriend.” Are you intrigued? You should be! 🙂

C.L. Manion is a very talented writer. I was very fortunate to have edited one of her transcripts for a feature length film, and it was excellent! (Once it hits Hollywood, I will be sure to tell you what the name of that film is 😉 )

You can check out some of C.L. Manion’s work here.

I’m really excited to be part of this short film because I am helping support C.L. Manion’s dream, and sometimes in order for your dreams to come true, all you need is support from others.

If everyone supported each others’ dreams, wouldn’t life be so much better?

This weekend, for the short film, I will also be working with Taylor Peters of Speed of Light Videography.

Taylor will be filming “Horoscope.” Taylor has done some fantastic work! You can check out some examples of her work here. I am really excited to see how she films C.L. Manion’s short.

For this film, I am not the only actor. I will be acting with science fiction writer Caleb Behnke.

I’m really looking forward to this opportunity because I haven’t had the opportunity to do any acting since a school-wide play in the EIGHTH GRADE! 😛

The short film that I will be helping with this weekend is cleverly written and is bound to make you smile! 🙂

What’s it’s finished, I look forward to posting it so you can all see it! I hope you love it! 🙂
