I was very saddened to learn that Tim Curry just passed away. 💔

He was SUCH a gifted actor!

He did a fantastic job as Dr. Anton Sevarius in the 1994–1997 animated series Gargoyles, the Concierge in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, and Dr. Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show—just to name a few of his performances and to highlight his ability to master extremely different roles.

I also want to credit him as the reason that I fear clowns thanks to his superb performance as Pennywise in the 1990 TV mini series It! 🤡😬

In honor of him, I intended to post a song from The Rock Horror Picture Show, but instead I wanted to share a song I was surprised to come across: “I Do the Rock.”

This 1979 song was from the album Fearless. I had no idea that Tim Curry had released albums! 😮

I was intrigued to learn that if people attended the cinema at midnight to watch The Rocky Horror Picture Show, this music video would often play before the film began!
