Do you remember what your favorite animal was when you were a kid?
Mine was a dolphin! 🐬(I attribute this to seeing those cute dolphins in the The Little Mermaid. 🧜♀️)
Although I still think dolphins are beautiful, the dolphin is no longer my favorite.
One of my FAVORITE animals is the tiger. 🐅
Did you know that yesterday was Global Tiger Day?
I learned some interesting facts about tigers from the World Wildlife Foundation.
- No two tigers share the same pattern of stripes! 😲
- The greatest number of tigers living in the wild live in India.
- Globally, more tigers live in captivity than in the wild. 😟
- Fortunately, there has been an increase in the population of tigers living in the wild. 😃
