Pig Trouble Little Tina

Since it’s October, it’s time for SPOOKY songs! 👻

I’ve mentioned that I don’t watch a lot of TV, but when I do watch TV, I’m watching something I LOVE. 😎

Since Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday, one thing that I have been doing to celebrate is watching Halloween-themed episodes of Bob’s Burgers (one of my FAVORITE shows!).

An old Halloween-themed episode I recently watched was “Pig Trouble in Little Tina.” In this episode, Tina Belcher believes that she is haunted (Freddy Krueger style) by the fetal pig that she dissects in her science class. If you haven’t seen this episode, I highly recommend it. It is hilarious! 😀

The episode ends with a silly, spooky song that Fiona Apple sings called “Pig Trouble, Little Tina.”

Lyrics:

There’s an oink, oink in the night
And it gives you such a fright.
He’s got a tail that’s curly
And he’s coming for you, girly.
You got pig trouble
Pig trouble, little Tina.
You can try your best to shout
When you smooch him on that snout.
But you kiss a fetal pig
And now you two are boyfriend girlfriend.
You got pig trouble
Pig trouble, little Tina.

When I was looking for a link to the song to share in this week’s post, I found this silly video that Fiona Apple posted before the episode aired 😛 :

When I first saw “Pig Trouble in Little Tina,” it reminded me of dissecting animals in school. I am an animal lover and was sad that I had to dissect a fetal pig, frog, and starfish.

I remember dissecting the starfish right before lunch, and at lunch, the cafeteria staff were serving green peas that looked similar to the green stuff I saw in the starfish. 🤮 I didn’t have much of an appetite. 😂

Isn’t it funny how certain things can bring back memories of things you haven’t thought about for ages?

What have you been doing to enjoy the Halloween season?

Wishing you well! ❤
